Formal conditions:
Only legal entities whose aim is to open and operate a solidarity-based health centre with an interprofessional approach and a focus on community work can become a full member.
The legal entities must fulfil the purpose of promoting public health and public health care in accordance with §52 AO.
The legal entities must also be able to prove their recognised charitable status in accordance with §52 AO.
What is a legal entity?
The term "legal entity" refers to organisations that have general legal capacity (i.e. have rights and obligations). Legal persons under private law include registered associations, foundations, corporations (GmbH) and co-operatives. In contrast to legal persons, individuals are referred to as natural persons. In our case, this means that individuals cannot become full members of the syndicate.
