#indivisible 2019 Dresden

On 24 August 2019, 40,000 people followed the call of the #unteilbar alliance and took to the streets in Dresden. "Together, we are not only opposing the shift to the right, but also fighting for a different, open and free society in which people of different religions, backgrounds and genders live together as equals and in which poverty, injustice and discrimination are a thing of the past!"

Together with groups from Leipzig and Dresden, we organised the health block under the motto "Health needs solidarity" to fight for non-discriminatory healthcare, a solidary and sustainable healthcare system and an open and free society. You can find the speeches at our Lauti here.

We also made our first appearance at the demonstration as the Poliklinik Syndikat and secured a place on the big stage. You can watch our speech in the video livestream of the final rally.

The day was a complete success for us and we are delighted that such a clear signal was sent out in Saxony shortly before the state elections.
