The name of our association is: Poliklinik Syndikat e. V.
The Poliklinik Syndikat e. V. is made up of associations in Germany.
These associations want to set up and operate health centres.
The special thing about the health centres is that

• they work in solidarity

• they work interprofessionally.

  • Interprofessional means that people from different professions work here.

Since 2023, our association has been a registered non-profit organisation with many member groups throughout Germany.
And the number is growing.

What do we do?

Sharing experiences and knowledge is very important to us.
That's why we organise a large meeting for all member groups twice a year.
At the meetings there are

• workshops

• lectures

• exchange rounds.

At the meetings, all member groups can exchange ideas on practical topics.

Various working groups work together in the association.
The topics of the working groups are

• Lobby work and strategy

• Public relations work

• Financing and administration

The members of the working groups come from all over Germany.

We at the association advise and support our member groups in the establishment and further development of health centres.
There are many questions when setting up and developing health centres.
We help the member groups with

• economic questions

• legal issues

• questions about public relations work

• questions about financing.

Solidarity-based health centres work according to certain concepts.
It is particularly important for the association that people in politics and the public know and understand these concepts.
The association does public relations work for this purpose.
Because there are many factors that influence health.

How are we organised?

The association is a non-profit organisation.
Only organisations can become members of the association.
The member groups meet in the General Assembly.
The General Assembly is the highest body of the association.
The association has an office.
The office is responsible for administration and coordination.
The working groups are responsible for content-related topics.

What are our goals?

We want to build a solidary and sustainable health care system.
We want to help shape social debates.
We want to achieve this throughout Germany and later also in Europe and the world.
The association and its members/member groups are important for strengthening the healthcare system.
The association promotes co-operation between people from different professions.
The association creates new and sustainable structures.
This is important for sustainable healthcare.
